Robert, thanks for your answer, and another photo, too. This is not a photo of the rotavator (rototiller), is it? I did read the other response, too. I have just purchased a Case 511B (gas) with approximately 43 hp on the drawbar and approximately the same on the pto. I was intuitively thinking rototiller for some organic gardening (I don't have the land, yet (ha! on me!)on some property we have looked at. Amazing how that works! I agree: you have to evaluate compaction on a systematic basis, such as total runs over the field, etc. Do you harrow after tilling or do you go right to seeding? (in the second picture?) What do you think of Woods rototillers? Thanks, as usual, Robert. Incidentally, we were just in Menominee, MI a month ago visiting in-laws. Far??
