Hi Gary, You probablly don't have enough oil. My IH340 loader/hoe called for 10gal on refill for just the stock PS and remotes. I drained the system because of water, milkey color, and refilled with 12gal. It worked but not well. New tractor to me. I broke a hydraulic hose and lost about 2gal. Fixed the hose and added 5gal. Works like a champ now. It probablly needs another 3gal as it's still a tad sluggish but I don't use it much and haven't bought more oil. Could also have plugged your filter but not likely. You need to buy a pressure gauge to tell whats going on as it's guess work without one. T_Bone
