Okay guys...help me out here

Given the choice of a Ford 8N, Ford 9N or a Case (year/model unknown)...all in good condition, all in the 2900.00 range, what seems to be the best direction to take? Mind you, these prices are for the San Joaquin valley in Calif. Thanks for any suggestions. Also, is it true that if I'm looking for a tractor with hydraulics, then power steering is a must?
