I agree with the others - need to know what your uses are, and more about the Case, to give you any help. Often times a bigger tractor from the mid '60s will give a lot more performance for the $$$$, if you can manage a slightly bigger tractor for your uses. Power steering is often a seperate unit from the regular tractor hydraulics, so I do not understand your connection of the 2? It's nice to have PS with a front end loader; for most other uses it is nice, but you can live without. If you are not used to it, you can work a loader without it too, but... --->Paul
