You need to be a little clearer since we can't see what you are measuring. Did you make up a wire that started as one from the switch, then split into two one for each light? And did you do this with the other wire that pervide the other haft of the power or are you using frame ground for that? If you left one bulb in when you checked it you could be getting a back feed thru the filiment also if you have a bad conection to frame ground. Tell us how you wired it. Mark H.
