To scour the bottoms I have sandblasted the boards and then use a sanding disk on my 4" grinder to smooth it out more. I started with a 36 and went to a 120. I have also just sanded with a grinder, alot more work thou. it is important to have them shined up so it turns over good and doesnt stick, that will plug you up good. take it for what you want cause I'm Just an Idiot!!!!
