shaft coupling farmall H

The shaft coupling on my 1948 farmall h has excess wear.That's at the end where it meets the trans.
How does that come apart. The nuts come off but can't seem to remove the bolt part.Is that a press fit or is that threaded in? There is 4 bolts that hold it together. Also can i just purchase the spacers or would it be wise to replace the entire ass'y.and where can i purchase from.
