I have the opportunity to purchase a case 1370 in white sheet metal that is in very nice condition. Catch is its been sitting for probably 10 plus years. But heres another catch, this tractor was purchased with a blown engine right around the time the case 2294s were a newer tractor, it has an engine pulled from a 2294 that had a cab fire and was totaled in the 90s. Im told the engine has less than 1000 hours and it looks like it. During the engine transplant the powershift was done too. Shortly after he quit farming. This man is very mechanically able and I trust the repairs were done correctly. How reliable were the late 2294 engines and how were the white J.I. Case 1370s
