The gear box on my Land Pride AT 2572 is always wet with oil. It collects grass clippings and looks terrible. There is not vent for the gear box. Should I, or could I add a vent? I would put a filter on the vent to keep dirt out. I use 90W gear lube which I believe is correct and it is at the correct level.
