dont think its john deere. john deere has automotive type steering with the tie rods behind the bunk, and can be pulled at hyway speeds. this on has that junky steering that wonders all over the road at 15 m.p.h. it does have the nice french and hecht wheels though. i have a massey harris wagon here with that same steering setup. ihc and maclouds also had the same steering set up as yours. plus i have the john deere wagon my dad bought new in early 60's. on that one a wood tongue might have been for horses. dad had to have the longer wood tongue made for his when the wagon was used for thrashing. still have that also.
