There used to be a product for that called Blackjack.It had glycerin in it,and was meant to keep the oils from being bleached out by the sun.It used to leave the tires shiny,and they would stay that way for quite some time.I used it on some whitewalls that somebody had used too much bleach-white on,and they had sucked the oil out of the tires.After using the Blackjack the tires went from feeling like sandpaper to smooth again.I have no idea if it is still available,and if it is,if it still has the same ingredients.
