A few years ago, while my Father-in-law was on scale at elevator, some out of area fellow came in scale office, due to the line and burst out and exclaimed that he had seen this guy going slow picking corn on our blacktop, with an old JD combine. Elevator owner said yeah that's Elmer he raises some good corn, and his combine gathers it all in, that's why that Red Chevy is there on the scale, the guy starts glowing white with humility, and Elmer my(Father in law) speaks up from the crowd, Yeah, this truck and that combine, their both paid for too! the guy wheeled around and headed out to his truck in line!
