If I was to never leave the yard with the wagon, I would not care what tires I had on it. But if I was to be getting out on the road with it especially while loaded, even down to the neighbors and back, I would want some good tires on there. For what its worth, my friend that runs a tire place said that these modern tires do not age well. Said that they still have the wear life like tires have always had, but don't have the time span life like they use to. So he advises people to replace tires on low mile stuff like camper trailers, boat trailers, etc., based on time and not wear. Being loaded and going down the road with it, is what would concern me if tire looked ok but had some age on it.
