For anyone interested, an old friend of mine and regular on these forums passed away today. George has been a friend for many years, and owned a repair shop near Delta, Pa. He was a specialist in cast repairs and used to rebuild many old carbs that should have been scrapped if there were replacements for them. As a machinist, he was one of only a few in this country who could fix just about anything you could throw at him, from a diesel truck to a skidloader.
