Actual temperature, usually when it gets cold the wind dies down, I just looked at the current weather , and it's -16, but only 2 mph wind. Overall, N MN has had a very mild winter, and very little snow. Still glad we're in AZ, but will be home in MN by April first, we have 1500 more trees to plant.
