I worked for a dealer for a short time. We used an impact wrench to get the nuts off, usually the 1/2" but sometimes used a 1". As far as driving the bolts out of the stump jumper, usually used a big spud bar and smacked down on the bolt. Support under the stump jumper will help. Most times it did not hurt the bolt, but sometimes it did, and the bolts got replaced. The bolts have an alignment key and are tapered. Woods and John Deere have a way better blade bolt set up. Mark.
