Depends on the time period. In general a 1930s to 1960s 2 plow tractor would be 25 to 30 HP at the PTO. That being said an old 30HP Rumely will pull 6 bottoms at early 1900 speeds and depth. Plow ratings were for for "normal" conditions of the times, not 8MPH, not 12" deep nor in black gumbo.
