Deere and Kubota will have a better resale value and since both dealers are close by I would be looking at them. Although the new price will probably be a little higher for the Deere and Kubota. I have purchased 3 new kubotas with their zero percent interest programs. When I purchased my 4th one last year they knocked almost a grand off the zero down and no interest price when I paid cash instead for the tractor. Although the new price was almost twice what you are pricing out for a bigger tractor than your looking at so probably won't be as much on a 21,500 deal.
I think them packaged deals are geared more for someone who wants to finance the deal as they can barrow on the whole works and not have to finance each item separately. If your paying cash you can deal on each item separately and not have to buy it all at the same place and probably get a better price on the whole thing after you add it all up. Just my opinion which others may not agree with.
