Deere, Kubota and Mahindra all have a similar package. A ~25hp 4 wheel drive tractor with a FEL, 5 foot boxblade, 5 foot bush hog, and an 18' trailer. I want to use it to maintain rental properties (tenants park in the grass and leave ruts, gravel driveways that need renewed, etc), and the wife wants to use it around the yard (30 acres with a pond, half is timber). They are all priced around $21,500.
Any suggestions on what to avoid or what to consider purchasing? A Deere and Kubota dealership are both about 35 minutes away. Mahindra is about 2 hours.
How much of a discount do you think they would offer if I paid in full, no financing?
