The D-17s were built from 57 to 67 so that's definitely a later one.
Could be a Series III or a Series IV.
The Series IV began production in mid 1964 with Ser.#75001.
The Series III and IV have the improved combination band/disc brakes.
The Series IV has the more modern low pressure high volume live hydraulic system and the 3 point hitch system became the popular option with that model as well.
They are fine tractors and the Series IV is much sought after.
