Went with and old friend a few years older then me that ran a engine repair for the oil fields one time to help hi tear down a HUGE CLIMAX natural gas engine used on a compressor , the pistons where bigger then 55 gallon drums and to get to the connection rods you had to get inside the engine and use torque multipliers to break the rod bolt loose on and 1 and a 1/2 drive HUGE socket . We used and H D 6 Allis highlift with a boom pole to pull the pistons and load them on a trailer along with the heads . Huge is all i can say i was like 16-17 at the time .
