My guess is the seal on the shaft running from the clutch through the torque tube and into the transmission, is allowing the hydraulic oil to migrate. From torque tube into gear box/rear end. If this is the case, the tractor will need to be split to replace this seal. If you go to the Case Forum on this site, there are fellas there that can give you in-depth information on this problem. It isn�t a uncommon problem for the 430 530 and 630 models.
