1966 case 541 tractor

HELP
I have a 1966 541 case gas tractor, having issues with hydraulic bleeding back up through gear shift and breather holes when I use any of my hydraulics. I had both 3 point hydraulic valve body and main hydraulic valve body rebuilt and it s still bleeding up through breathers and gear shift boot !! What am I not seeing here. Thanks

My guess is the seal on the shaft running from the
clutch through the torque tube and into the
transmission, is allowing the hydraulic oil to migrate.
From torque tube into gear box/rear end. If this is
the case, the tractor will need to be split to replace
this seal. If you go to the Case Forum on this site,
there are fellas there that can give you in-depth
information on this problem. It isn?t a uncommon
problem for the 430 530 and 630 models.

The shaft seal can leak for sure but when you say it does it when you use the hyd and I assume the 3pt hitch it means you need to reseal the rockshaft cylinder and or check replace the drain back line from the rockshaft to the hyd reservoir
