Don't know if it's adjustable, but you are on the right track.
Sounds like the valve is not centering when released.
If you hold slight pressure on the handle, will it stop curling? And will it hold position with the engine off?
If so, suspect the valve.
If it wants to gravity creep (engine off) no matter the valve position, suspect cylinder piston seals.
Someone may have experience with that particular valve, but if you take it apart, probably find a broken return spring.
Just be careful that the bucket is fully down and sitting flat on the ground before breaking any lines loose. Don't interchange the spools or turn them around, work carefully so not to scratch or nick any surfaces, keep everything clean.
