I am growing CBD hemp here in KY. One acre. Our processor wanted us to grow it under plastic mulch, with drip tape irrigation. He provided clones(all female), the mulch layer and water wheel setter/transplanter. He wanted experienced tobacco growers, able/experienced with the hand labor that comes with tobacco. And able to spend a lot of time with the crop. We are going to harvest by hand and hang/house it like tobacco. And hand strip it. No chemicals for weeds at all-trying to stay organic. We are shooting for 11% or higher CBD content, with less than .3% THC. 27.7% less than marijuana. Hemp at less than 10% CBD is low quality, and hard/less profitable to extract the CBD. I do not see how anyone could raise it for CBD in a large acreage such as the 450 mentioned. Male plants have to be destroyed so they do not pollinate the females-where the bud(which contains the CBD) comes from. We also don't want seeds either. As far as does CBD work? YES IT DOES!! I take it daily, and it helped with all my aches and pains, and the arthritis in my hand. I would dread going back to taking all the pain meds(over the counter) that I used to take, which did not help enough. Plus I can take them and CBD and get relief when needed, after overdoing it. Mark.

The nuts and bolts of nuts and bolts is an interesting and essential piece of knowledge that applies to our older tractors. An improperly torqued capscrew on an engine head or a shear bolt that is too hard on the driving shaft of a bushog can create havoc and make an expensive and uncalled for repair.
