Which is best choice farmall 300 or Ferguson to-20

I am tore between 2 different tractors
I am looking at a 300 farmall its a tricycle front end tractor.
It was running when parked but its been sitting awhile.
Its a two point hitch tractor.
It comes with the 3 point hitch adapter a parts tractor and a sickle mower and disc plow.

The other tractor is a Ferguson to20
Runs dives operates.the guy has put alot of work into. I can drive it on to the trailer and start using it.

I have a 5ft bush hogg and a 6ft Bush hogg

Just looking for a tractor for bush hogged and basic work around the house.
