I wouldn't give you 10 cents for a pre 1963 or so IH/Farmall tractor.....and I like IH. On the other hand I think the TO will struggle with a 5' hog. I believe you would be money ahead in the long run to look for a mid 60's Ford 3000, MF 135, and number of the 60s-70s IH utilities and maybe toss some of the JD utilities too.
Might cost a bit more but if you want something you can work then you might be money ahead.
