Anybody ever spot one of your dream tractors while cruising down the road only to see it being used as the farms beater tractor. Only being deemed fit to run a manure spreader or other jobs that are detrimental to a tractors longevity. Earlier this week while cruising the rural backroads of the area I live in I spotted a tractor that's near the top of my list of dream tractors, that tractor was an Allis Chalmers 8010 FWA. You could definitely tell it was the farm beater, being almost all of there tractors were newer Fendt and JCB tractors on the farm. The tractor was surprisingly solid though, although the air conditioning didn't work which you could tell being that the doors had been pulled off. Anybody have a similar experience, I'm thinking of stopping next time I go by and asking if they would sell it.
