I please need advice! Long story short took my engine block and head to machine shop got rebuilt. Noticed sleeves stick slightly up higher than block deck surface. Asked machine shop over phone about it they said install head w/o gasket tighten evenly very slowly to spec. To draw them down all the way. Did this looks like it just barely stuck up now. Installed new gasket reinstalled engine filled w/ coolant. Noticed a very small drip around head on outside maybe every 30 minutes engine not running. Doesn't appear to be leaking inside cylinders just externally. My question, are the cylinder sleeves supposed to be flush w/ engine block surface? If so any suggestions on doing this myself w/o having to remove engine from tractor? Thanks
