Looking for a Tractor.

I need help! I am not a farmer and no very little about tractors.

I need to know what type of tractor will suit my needs best. I have 50 acres of land in southern Ontario with about a 10 acre grass field and the rest hardwood and some dried up marsh. I also have about a 100yd driveway.

I am interested in purchasing a tractor for the following tasks:

Snow Clearing
Grass Cutting
Log Splitting
Hauling and Lifting items in and out of the woods.
Light cutivation 2-3 acres
Other odd jobs

What kind of tractor should I be looking at?

Do I need 4WD?

Should I be looking at more than one tractor for the above tasks?

What's the least amount I can expect to pay for something that is reliable?

Where can I find the best deals on used tractors?

Any other considerations?

You help would certainly be appreciated.
