One of the IH utilities would suit your needs very well. They are available with loaders and 3 point hitches, gas or diesel engines and are well built machines. I would look for something in the mid 50's or newer so that you will have live PTO and hydralics. I would say around 50hp should suit your needs quite well. One tractor should be able to do all the jobs, but be sure to get a reliable one if you need it to work all the time. Plan to spend at least $4500 (1960's) on an older tractor to well over $10,000 for a newer (1980's) tractor. Steven
