Some of these old tractors require tire sizes that are nearly impossible to get any more. Firms like Millers are beginning to fill this niche, but not completely. I've seen some of these size tires go for wild prices at autions. Same thing for the rims. I once asked a successful bidder why he was willing to pay such a high price for two old rims that were so badly rusted. He explained that he could cut the bad places out and patch with a similar piece from the other rim. Talk about a "labor of love"! And it's a good thing too, or we just wouldn't see some of these old jewels still running! WW
