As most people now have natural gas piped right to their homes why don't they consider a NG vehicle. Very common in Europe & they work well.
Propane fuel rarely worked due to crude tinkershop conversions onto vehicles never designed for them. And since LP gas has only 1/2 the energy per gallon or litre that gasoline does so price is no longer an advantage. So those factors may have turned buyers off but it shouldn't affect NG.
NG/gasoline bi-fuel vehicles are available straight from Ford,Chrysler & soon GM.
Either fill at home real cheap at night with a "fuel maker" or use a commercial pump with compressed NG. No road tax, tax rebates & gov't grants for alternate fuel vehicles too.
