I understand your theory up to the point where you think it is the port relief seal. Some follow-up information is the cylinder will drift down (while the tractor is running) in about 1 or 2 minutes. There is no external hydraulic leaks. I'm not sure what/where a port relief seal is or what it does. Is it on the piston? Can you explain?
