They do work, but if your using them at home you should get a hose. Putting the small bottles in the freezer helps,The big tank must be inverted, and having the big tank warm helps. I have had the small tanks leak after filling, then you have to connect them to an appliance, use them up and dispose. I use a few for a Buddy heater and small lantern that must be portable.
