First I bought a tool I wanted (not a costly one) some time went buy and I get a notice. They had closed sellers account due to suspicious activity. He had not shipped it and I will get my money back from ebay so no real problem there, just wanted the tool. Well this has happened to a few other people. Can any of you figure this out? Second You buy an item, tractor part in this case. It is listed as being in the USA then you get a notice it is being shipped from some Asian country, by international e packet or some such. It is clear the seller is in another country not USA. This one perturbs me as it is shady. Often I search USA only as I do not want to deal with other countries. Your thoughts?
