On the second one, check to see if the item is on Amazon for less than what you paid. There are actually people on ebay who are selling items they do not and never have had possession of nor do they have a relationship with the manufacturer. They simply find it on Amazon, then list it for more on ebay. When you buy it they order it from Amazon and have it shipped to you, then pay the lower amount. I had a kid in Canada doing this on a DVD set I was ordering piecemeal. He sold me a few seasons over a year, then graduated from college and got a real job. At that point he confessed what he had been doing and referred me to the actual seller...a DVD discount warehouse. The kid took me for most of a $100 over a one year period...but he fessed up and I paid a lot less for the remainder of the set...and learned a valuable lesson...shop around.
