Loader removal

Maybe this should be in "Implement Alley" but here goes anyway. I have a MF 135 with a MF 232 loader. I'm new to this, (and a little embarrased) and was wondering if anyone can tell me the best and easiest way to detach and re-attach the loader from the tractor. Should I build some sort of crib for the loader so I can just drive out of it, and then back in, or should I make some kind of support poles for the loader? I'd really like to be able to do this by myself, and the loader certainly looks too heavy to lift. Any tips from you more experienced folks out there would certainly be appreciated.
