7' bush hog price-value

I've been looking for a mower or bush hog to mow 9 acres.It hasnt been mowed for a couple years. I found a 7'model 307 pull behind bush hog for $1350. Paint is rough but mower is not beat up and will need new blades soon. Dont know how old it is. It does have a lift cylinder on the back of it. Anybody think this is a very good deal or should I keep looking? I would rather have a 10' Woods or 10'bush hog, but are are to find at a very reasonable price. Someone told me to spend more money and get the bush brand. Thanks David
