Hey fellas- got a 1974 Deere 4230. When I pull a tag along spreader using both hyd remotes (1 for spinners, 1 for gate), the tractor will just stop in the field when fluid gets hot. Granny makes a whining sound. It won't move for a hour or so when it cools down, then its fine. Was told by a JD shop foreman it's the clutch, but it has planted 100 acres pulling a 15 ft 750 no till drill with no problems at all. Can't figure out what's going on. Any experts that can help? Thanks!
