I agree 100%. Don�t tell me what to do.
If markets drive organics, I have zero doubt the farmer will pursue it. I seriously doubt the world�s population can be fed on organics.
MY fear is the much of the crowd that pushes organic wants to mandate it. To them, it�s a religion and dang you if you disagree. They are on the side of �tolerance�, but disagree with their religion (organics) and you�re bad for health and environment and let�s create legislation to FORCE you to comply with our religion. Ever see a law passed mandating the use of fertilizer and herbicides? You�ll see laws prohibiting them at the hands of these organics - jammed down everyone�s throat before it�s over. So much for diversity and tolerance.
