Organic is fine by me. That is all we raised when I was a kid. No commercial fertilizer, never a sprayer on the farm. Just a lot of good old fashioned pig, cow, horse and chicken crap.
Local cheese factory had a policy here in later years, any antibiotic found in tank load of milk, it went to their disposal site. Insurance paid first offense of farmer it came from. Next time , farmer paid for full load. Now tell me your organic milk is better because it is antibiotic free.
Buy oranic , sell organic, I don't care. Just don't try telling me what to do.
