I gave a 1/2" break over back to the Snap On man once, bent into a perfect U shape.
He asked if I used a cheater pipe.
"Nope"
He gave me that "Yeah, right" look.
"Seriously, I did not use a cheater pipe. Now, do you really want to argue with someone that did that without using a cheater?"
It was all said in fun. I finally admitted how it happened. Trying to get a very tight park brake drum nut off the back of a truck transmission. I put the socket on the nut, bar against the frame, bumped the starter. Instead of bumping, it started!
Bent that bar into a near circle, but didn't break it.
