I started taking the shower valve apart, that hasn't been apart for years. Just a little more force on the handle nut, and it should come apart. Well that didn't happen. I twisted the valve head right off. I was able to have access from a closet behind the shower. Naturally the valve is obsolete. I had to adapt another brand. At least I got it replaced before dark, and got the water back on. Sad part is the shower has never been used for years., and no one uses it. I should left it alone and let someone else worry about it. Has anyone wish they hadn't messed with something? I know I have a few times. Stan
