Not wanting to hijack Georges thread below, I'm buying my first ORV, a Kubota RTV-X100C. I will be using it only on my property but my property borders a state road and access to certain areas of my property is most convenient by driving on the state Hwy for between 75' and 250' depending upon the parcel. Never an issue with any of my tractors but I'm told that there are IN St laws specific to so called quads.
Yes, I'll ask my Kubota dealer about this, and investigate further if not satisfied with their answer, but anyone up on the IN ORV laws?
