For an experienced wrench-turner, these are all fairly simple repairs, but for someone who just sits in the seat, they can seem impossible.
Not being anywhere near that geographical area, my recommendation is to check with nearby equipment dealerships, and ask if they know of any independent mechanics around who may be able to work on your tractor. Explain that the tractor is old and they're probably wouldn't want to waste their time with it, so they know they're not losing business.
Do you have a phone directory similar to what we call "Yellow Pages" in the US? It is a classified directory of services. While it's pretty much obsolete, many old school businesses still advertise in them, and a place that works on old tractors like that is an old school business.
