hello all
this is my first posting having joined only recently.
i have a MF 165 ,1978 with the perkins A4 212 engine.the tractor is in the vale of glamorgan near barry
i have a few problems with it which are beyond my ability to repair;
clutch needs adjusting or replacing
brakes need adjusting or replacing
fuel and temperature gauge don't work.gauges new but wires missing.
after 10 to 15 mins use with PTO running flail mower engine dies,i suspect no fuel getting through,after 15 mins starts and runs 10 mins before cutting out again. this also happened on a road trip - managed 1mile before cutting out.glass bowl is full so maybe restricted flow somewhere.
i am looking for an experience fitter to give it the once over and sort out these issues
