Hello!
I'm new to this site but very happy to be a member!!
Just purchased a great ole gal today....1972 JD Industrial with 3160 hrs on her. She was built for the Air Force originally, went to a small municipality, then the retired JD mechanic of 35 yrs that I purchased her from today. I couldn't be more happy and excited to bring her home! She'll be very well cared for!!
No leaks, burning oil or any bad things....she starts right up, perrrs like a kitten and shifts and drives very smoothly. The fellow also just bought a $500.00 set of new chains for her. Tires are perfect shape...turf in the rear and traditional fronts.
As I live in WI..and yes it gets cold...any ideas on where I might find a used cab? If not, the snowmobile suit n other garb will be the as usual attire.
Not sure yet if I can post pics but will do my best to attach some to this thread!
PS: I did get the center link for the rear lift and the fellow had the aluminum top that went on the roll bar!
Thank You in advance for any and all replies and welcomes!
