1995 still used a prom chip in the computer, no reflashing needed. Check to make sure all wiring connectors are firmly connected. Shorting the A-B terminals will put the computer in diagnostic mode on a 95 and it will flash any codes with the check engine light. The automatic transmission on a 95 is controlled by the computer so if you change to a carb you will have to buy a stand alone controller for the trans or install an earlier non electronic one.
