The check ball return connector is clogged OR the return line itself is clogged going back to the tank. The check ball connector is the 1st connector coming out of the top cover on the inj. pump. Remove it, blow it out w/ compressed air and reinstall.. Do the same w/ the return line.. remove the fuel tank cap and blow back thru the line TO THE TANK.. Try that..If you want it to run continuously and sell it.. knock the glass ball out of it and tell the buyer that he'll need to get the pump rebuilt very soon.. IF it hasn't been to long ago its been rebuilt.. maybe you'll get lucky and the fuel just gelled in the connector and/or return line and you can clear it out w/ air. Good luck and I hope this helps..
